What I find interesting that it is legal for someone aged (UK) over 16 to have sex but if they're under 18 (ie 16-17) then they can't send pictures of themselves whilst they can have sex...strange but makes sense since you need to be over 18 to adult 'model' Personally I think cases should be judged on an individual basis and on the light of the evidence a suitable punishment made (never happens) | |

Sorry I really should of replied and updated you guys on the situation. I kept on emailing the people with no success then I tried a different email I found that was tied to them and they replied giving me a full refund which was slightly less than what I had lost but when you consider I got 4 months off access for like a few dollars it isn't so bad. So my advice Is to do as much as you can to get into a dialogue with them, then explain the full situation trying not to be aggressive, also be reasonable with your demands. Finally a piece of advice for webmasters: "A happy customer will tell up to 10 people for up to a few months of his great experiance. With an unhappy customer there is no limit on the time and number of people he tells" - some marketing book. With sites like PU on the net, the amount of people hearing about the experience could be quite large. | |

My advice would be: Show each and every update on the preview page (a la Naughty america, Brazzers, Killergram etc) so before I join I have a good idea what you have (I've joined rubbish sites that have had good tours but I don't join any sites that have a bad tour) Other advice would be: Throw in extra's like erotic audio clips, behind the scenes, model interviews and advice, a favourite list to mark movies if you don't want to download them. I've barely got 5 trust ratings myself, as a newbie I think it's a little elitist, it would stop a lot of newbies posting threads not just spammers. I think a cool off period of say 48 hours and a min of 5 posts would be sufficient in keeping a lot out and although there would still be some I think better to just perhaps get another mod to clean up than make the forum harder to use. | |

I have joined streaming sites and hate them for a number of reasons. 1/ I like to have a file to play when I want it there are times I don't have net access or my internet is slow. 2/ Takes to long logging in and finding the file you like, as well as having to clear up history. There are other reasons but I think you get the drift, on the odd occasion I have joined a streaming site it has either been a bonus site or by over eagerness. I would personally shy away from streaming only sites. And the thing is everyone might go streaming but if they do the last few will be a lot more popular. Think about DRM apples competition rapidly grew because they didn't have it and apple did. | |

As had been said VLC seems to play everything but for me takes a second when skipping forward so I only use it for broken files or incompatable formats. On the other hand media player classic works a treat for me. Though won't play mp4 files. | |

Hi I joined an adult site in feb but cancelled the same day as I found the content was quite poor. I received an email saying yes we'll cancel. However i've been charged for the last two months april and may which should definatly not be the case. As above get the best you can afford... 3 years ago I brought a cheap laptop and found it painfully slow so I replaced it with a better one three years later and it's still going strong and doing everything quickly that I need bar perhaps playing the latest games (it plays COD4 so i'm happy) I've got a desktop I brought top of the line about 5 years ago that feels quicker than the cheap pc's right now. There are things that change but if you get the best the amount of changes needed are small...you can by external blu ray drives, harddrives etc for just a little more than internal ones so spend the money at the start and live a stress free life... (If you get a dell get really think about extended support. Also is it just me but this Bit and Byte lark i really annoying especially when the average person gets things confused and you have to sit there explaining the differences. | |

Difficult... Depends on the situation and whether other (previously owned) porn was avalible. What I was thinking is that an Established megasite or experianced small site could offer this. Ie you're not the one directing per say...You are almost outsourcing your idea's... I use my laptop just now. Have a 1.6 Ghz HP Centrino Duo Vista 256 MB dedicated graphics card Additional 19 inch monitor for dual screening. 16 Mb broadband but I only get around 8 Mb 80 GB internal hard drive of which 30 GB is for Linux and as I only have 20 GB free I download till I hit 10 GB left then backup and delete. 250 GB external hard drive for TV series, movies etc 1 TB external hard drive for porn (sitting around 500 GB just now) I used to burn everything to DVD however this has stopped as 1/ It take far to long. 2/ DVD's are NOT that reliable (Some of my dvd's have been stored well, read only once or twice and yet 3 years later barely work...admittly there are some that still do after 5 years and many uses but theres always that worry) | |

I was reading a magazine and saw this idea for a valentines gift for the adventurous...Basically theres a company who come round and film you (professionally of course) or you can direct your self actors... When I saw the price it was like $4000. I agree with the messages about dual monitors, for work it rocks, everyone I know who has tried it for a few days has switched permanently. My home computer I like to have as big a screen as possible as I watch a lot of DVD's on my PC and play a fair amount of games to. Just remember if the source quality isn't great then the larger you make it the worse it looks. | |

Not a download manager BUT if you use Opera to download although you can't queue up downloads you can download over 10 items at once and you can pause and resume broken downloads (depends on the source as some you can't) Perhaps Not as handy as being able to through a whole site worth of content to download over night and whilst you are at work, but for casual downloading I find its the Bomb! | |

Missed out on this one a bit but for me I sometimes download illegally BECAUSE of DRM and other problems. Even with DRM there are people who can/will get round it and pass it on. In my experiance of DRM in computer games/music after paying good money for I had major problems with it. For the computer games I had problems playing it, for the music I couldn't listen to it on my computer (My pc is my hifi) After learning the hard way I now avoid DRM products as much as possible. For porn sites having fresh regular content will keep the customer coming back and using other means Ie bonuses like interviews with models, blogs, forums etc Will keep me a member for far longer than DRM would ever keep me. | |
