The only problems I've had with cancelling so far is brazzers/mofos own new billers manstermed, who conveniently lost my details so I couldn't cancel. Their customer support regarding this matter was extremely poor. Also, Local Billing have re-charged me at the end of a non-recurring membership. They did apologise though(unlike manstermed)and said it was a computer error then gave me a refund. No probs so far with cc bill or epoch. | |
