Hey messmer - I'm really confused - do you mean that the pros in NHL should not participate in the OL - if so - who else is left? It's over the many years always been great to watch when NHL-players are in the Olympics or World Championship - many years ago I loved watching the canadians beat the russians or the swedish - or any one else. Just was not happy about one thing: That the canadian stars at NHL HAD to play NHL - and could not get time off to play in those world series. Still Canada is the top when it comes to great hockey - always been a big fan of both Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadians - and the stars over the years: Bobby Orr, Mario Lemieux or the legendary Gordie Howe just to name a few... Ok, my english is not that terrific, but still this one I hard from an american at a Berlin bar years ago: In a small town in the Midwest, USA the council wanted to decorate the new town hall - inside. They got this big wall and wanted to a large painting on it. They contacted a local 'artist' - and the mayor said: 'Look, the painting on this wall has to be related to the last thoughts that came to mind of the great General Custer just before he died at the battle at Little Big Horn - can you do that?' The artist went to work and after two months the painting was finished. At the day of the disclosure the whole town attended - and the town-band was playing the fanfare. Inside the town hall the big wall was covered and the mayor went up to pull down the curtain...new fanfare. When the wall was revealed, the town hall went silent, the music stopped. In the upper corner of the painting was a steaming dogshit with a shining halo on top - and the rest of the painting was a mountain landscape where hundreds of indians made love in countless positions... The mayors face was red, when he turned to the artist: 'My God, what have you done - what is this?' Waiting for the hockey - mens hockey (sorry, girls - and US-girls - great beating of the russians, btw). Who's is going to take the Gold? Agree with RB that some people still prefer NOT to buy porn online - for several reasons.. Not much into the US 'book stores' but a lot of places in Europe - you also have - like james4096 states - some alternatives: Like 'buying live sex'. Peepshows, glory hole booths or whatever - with some girl on duty 'handling' the costumers - for a quick one before going home from work. Did not know that expression: 'French Fries' - but still got shelves of WWII military history......anyone know who assassinated Ernst Roehm? Anyway - we europeans in the old West - owe our freedom and lives to the sacrifice of US, British and Canadian soldiers... try to visit the Normandy Coast (France) when you get to Europe. Man.....Drooler - thanks for this fine input. That your health system is an 'utter disgrace' is well known to some/a lot of europeans - but in the long run that can be taken care of from back here....something like 'world-wide-health-security' some ok (after all) companies deals with that here in Denmark. Was a little hard on the french, agree - but it's also how a lot of Scandinavians see it, it's still: Oh, we (the french) won the Second World War for Europe - NADA! - It was thanks to the british and above all the USA and the sacrifice of US-troops that Europe got to be a free place to live after 1945. AND during the Cold War, too.. We OWE our freedom to the USA - and the british, of course! But what is this 'Freedom Fries'? - never heard of it... Maybe like that thing with: 'The grass is greener....' Some europeans want to live in the US and maybe vise versa. About people: At my/our many trips to or stays in the US - somewhere like 90% of the Americans, I/we met, where generally much more friendly (and with good karma) that I've seen in a lot of European countries - west - and the old east - not generalizing, though - (France - those folks are for many a bit different - nobody than the french matters - was it Charles de Gaulle, that put that in them?) Maybe it's different NOW - in the US? Still we all got only ONE life! - and why be afraid of taking chances to do something new and wild - ok, getting to a point where everything is so damn easy and secure - do I want that for the next 20 years or how long I will live - man, it's also a challenge... I've traveled a lot in the US - even worked in the Houston-area for half a year (but ok, that was back in 1989) - And have not been visiting the US since 1997 - guess many things have changed drastic since then... By golly: What do you mean with: 'Houses are dirt cheap too PUers.' Is that the prizes of houses i LV-area, Navada? As you can see from my latest thread, I just quit my job - and the wife and I are thinking about moving OUT of the cold Scandinavia and settle with a good pension/savings elsewhere - mainly the USA (the far East is NOT it, even for the climate). We thought about Texas, south west or east (Del Rio, San Antonio-area, Austin ditto or south of Corpus Christi) or maybe Arizona - still it's got to be warm all year and without too much risk for tornadoes, ect. Apropos Khan - secluded in some Virginia snowfiled area - it's still amazing how people today can make a living - on the web. Under normal situations without powercut, of course (hope you're back with power (and heat), soon, Khan). But TBP - Rick is in Las Vegas, Khan's in Virginia (do not know where the other TBP-folks are at) - still it's great AND the future (for some) NOT to have to go to a 9-5 job every day to do all right, moneywise - I think. We communicate over the net - and so does TBP - apparently not placed in the same office, but still able to do this site - yes, I think it's damn fine - and what a lot of other folks would like to do for a living. (Still we have to depend on 'the working man', though).... This user just quit work - voluntarily (after being in the newspaper-media for almost 25 years) - and it's time to think of a new way to make a living - it's got to be something with websites...... I just cannot forget this true story - on state tv: A young guy in Sweden goes to the local IRS and says: Hey, I got this porn website and want to declare a large income...the guy found a good name/domain for his pornsite - with banners and all - and so on. He just kept receiving checks from various pay-pornsites - is it that easy? Just finding the right name and get Google to find you, too? I might get whipped here for AGAIN ANOTHER thread - sorry if anybody get tired of my threads - but a porn-fan never gives up... So: Drooler and this user have a lot in common - except this: videos/photosets. - again I think both exotics4me and this user are for videos, first....??? WHY are some users most for videos and others more into photos??? As I see it: this could be ONE main difference in what we expect from different sites. Drooler has complained about some newer sites going more into videos than photos lately - he's got his point, for sure.. This user: I go for videos for some main reasons - started up at porn-sites many years ago when photos was IT and videos where just horrible to watch - low quality. So at that time I got a huge selection of 1990th - photos - both euro and US. When videos got better and much more crisp, I surrendered to that - almost live-performance - I like both the sound-tracks and the 'move' of certain models - 'moves' you do not see at photosets... I think it's quite simple, in fact - many wellknown russian, ukrainian ect. models started up at minor sites - like Sasha Rose ( white russia) at went on those major sites - Rio/Lopes ( Russia, too)went on to AV Erotica and Nubiles ect. (just to mention some) - and MetArt have some former totally unknown models from those countries. But time will show if we'll see those models (Ariel, Willa and Rio) at major/more major sites... Found some preview-material on a model with the strange name: Lesperansa Not a member of DDF at the moment (doubt I'll be in the nearest future) - BUT all I could find about this model was related to DDF - even Freeones only have DDF on her. Have to agree - both about living pets and toy-ditto... At Teendreams there's a fine (old) video-clip with an Olivia - but alas - she mess about with a kitten - it seems totally out of place. Most here got external drives for the vast amount of content - and especially videos takes up a lot of space. The more ex-drives I get (three, right now), the more worried I get losing the top-fav-material - so I copy some of the 'best' - so it'splaced on two ex-drives... See your point - still I consider this site as a place to make/get recommendations/non-recommendations and warnings about pornsites to the benefit of all... Thanks to all those PU-reviews in particular - there is a hint of fine and not so fine sites to join. But just thought about: How did I spend my money over a period, lately? Well, it sure sounds like some sect - do not know anything about it, but when someone is using religion to exploit others - it's bad. If they can use her money from the past - and then tell her how wrong nude/porn is, then....but again, like in western Europe, the US has got those kind of people - and, hallelujah - some of them get caught with hookers or - as the rest of us - watching porn. BTW: Charity looks a bit like Maya Hills - Paola Rey is a knockout - great hair-style in the scenes, I've seen - so is Esperanza Gomez and Isis Taylor... Got this strange thing, though: keep hunting for latinas that has not yet hit the US-scenes. Once again thanks to Khan and/or others at TBP/PU - for quick reaction. Just saw a 'review' of the old Wifey's World. The review was a lot less than serious - a few lines where the content wound up to nothing at all.. Was about to reply - then it was gone. Strange - first time with Vista for this user, too - but generally satisfied. It runs faster and smoother than my old XP. BUT: Guess exotics has a point: How can this happen, if not the ol' Bill Gates is involved. Did the same as williamj with the Norton - but it could not help. Tried those hotlines, as mentioned, but nothing. Still the worse part is to reinstall all your stuff - and I've done that several times over the years - and never get used to it - it's boring, aggravaiting and generally NOT fun.... Another one for our expert, Badandy, I guess. The 1st of January 2010 my Windows Vista froze. After 1-2 minutes the damn pc/Windows Vista stopped working - even if it's quite new - a new pc installed November 2009. If you ever tried hotlines, you know how funny that can be - waiting for hours...gave up. Had to reinstall everything - and that takes more than a whole day to find your old stuff again - even with several external drives. Capn, You mention ATK and their so called vast amount of updates....(and your're right about the percentage of quality). Last I was there they still had these shitty delayed updates where sets - photos and videos - are divided into clips that are updated - sometimes with several days delay - here it's in place to quote your first input: 'Sure stats are used to impress potential members, but I would rather have fewer updates of better quality. That said, there are some sites that drag their feet with updates.' Have NOT been at ATK for half a year or so - but if they still pratice this kind of updates - it's PATHETIC... Maybe we're spoiled - then again not...we pay for it. 'Spoiled' by fine updates at some sites during the last years - and, alas - too many sites are now doing worse... Sites like 1ByDay seems to survive with daily updates that are more too much re-runs that regular updates. TeenDreams and Xisty also have too many non-exclusive updates. Some niche-sites, like Only Tease and Co. does a better job, but it's still niche and too soft.. 21Sextury (including Club Sandy) do some good, but still ONLY at the motherload-sites - the bonus sites lacks updates badly. Nubiles are ok to a point - the updates are there, but the material are still getting more ond more boring. VideoBox is special - but not for the good - vast majority of updates here are video on sale at the local cornershop- videos nobody want to buy, anyway...
