It's got to be a biller I trust - I usually avoid ones that don't use an independent and reputable biller. The previews have to be good enough to give me a fair idea, and I do rely on internet reviews a lot.

Cost is a factor, but I'd rather pay more for one quality site than get multiple memberships at poor quality ones. I have signed up to more expensive sites but they have to justify their higher price, and regional pricing drives me crazy, especially when the British £ is generally pretty strong against the US $, which should make it cheaper, not more expensive.
