But definitely sites with good high res still pics as well- I don't like video-only sites, and only sites with exclusive content.

Exclusivity, novelty, image quality, model quality.

It depends. If it's high enough quality to warrant a higher price, I'll pay it. But price is certainly a factor. I won't pay a lot for crap.

Downloading. I've been around long enough to know sites come and go without warning. If there's a video I like, I don't want to have to depend on the site being up to watch it.

I like the open format, reviews by the featured reviewers, the different kinds of reviews and user reviews all on the same site. I dislike some of the reviews which seem to rank sites way more highly for posting crap in quantity rather than quality.

Quality is one of the most important things on a pay site. If the videos aren't encoded well, it distracts from the overall experience. If the site has still pictures, they should be high quality. It's that simple. In all my reviews, quality will always be judged more than quantity.
