The scenes viewed history is useful but is limited to 100 scenes, so a major missed opportunity but still useful I guess. When browsing the scenes listing, can sort scenes by release date, rating, most viewed and title. -Aside from the constant advertising every time you login and on each page, the biggest bugbears for me are: •having to pay extra for downloading - it's not clear when signing up. •the limit of 100 items in the favourites and watch-later lists - why they can't be paged lists with unlimited items makes no sense, especially for someone with an annual membership. -On the question of paying extra for downloads, I found that complaining to customer support resulted in them including the downloads at a discount or for free. In my case, I'd joined with a discount at 9.99 and when I complained via chat to c/s about the extra cost for downloads not stated upfront, I was offered a discount for downloads but when I replied that I just wanted my membership terminated and refunded, the downloads were added on for free, but I'd guess your mileage may vary as I got the impression I was lucky and had caught the c/s agent in a sympathetic mood. I haven't checked exhaustively, but it's likely that OldieX just encompasses all of the content from the other old-young sites on the network with nothing new included, which seems a dishonest way of inflating the amount of content on the network. The customer service from IMC Bill doesn't inspire confidence - messages to customer service seem to be ignored, including my auto-renew cancellation requests. Eventually, I did receive an email the day before auto-renew to confirm that my membership would not be renewed, so it did work out but I'm not sure if that was due to my several cancellation request messages/emails.
