Hi,
Thanks to everyone for your help - if you could put me in contact I would appreciate it, Amanda! Like I said, when I contacted support they told me "Downloads are not available on MrSkin" which seemed odd. Thanks!

Just a note - I had a coupon for Bang.com so I joined, and on the sidebar of the site I have access to what I'm sure are the majority of the videos on Videosz. They don't have the same names but I searched for a few stars and found the same videos on both sites.
So if you get a good deal for Bang, I'd take it because you'll get essentially the same site. I don't know if they changed something or not, just a heads-up!
