Thanks for your message, it is really appreciated! I hope my review is clear enough because english is not my primary language so I do my best to wrote it as best as I can!

This kind of BS is.a known issue with almost all pornsites. I had the same problem in the past with ProBiller sites (Brazzers, Babes...) I was lucky to resolve this by contacting the billing support but I had to threat them and says that if they don't refund me I'll call my bank to block them for good. They refund me after this.
Don't know if it was because I was a longtime member, but it certainly helps.
