Trust me the videos work fine, did you try contacting our support? They can help. Which video player are you using?
We advise to use zoom player, it installs a lot of codecs too on top of being a great video player.

Cannot confirm but that sounds like the corrupted videos from 21Sextury. Have you tried reloading the broken video? If you reload and they freeze at the same spot again, then they are probably broken already at their end. If you get working ones or ones broken in some other place, then it's probably the server corrupting them somehow.
