AS a past member of RK for a few months i just thought id say my 2 cents worth. It's a shame you didn't have a good stay on the site. I however have never encountered the problems you had. Was a long time ago but maybe the download speeds weren't amazing but that for me was the only neg. I only left because after several months as a member i had downloaded all my content i wanted to and felt it were time to move on. I will definitely go back one day. Good customer support too.
I think no web site is perfect i acknowledge that. But to suggest it's a rip off is way off the mark. You say about the movie quality being bad? Videobox movies are significantly inferior looks wise and they aren't exclusive. Besides ones a network site and ones a dvd site so wrong to compare. For me personally it was and still is one of the best web sites out there. To be honest i think you would moan at anything (even if it were free) lol.
If you really want to feel aggrieved though, i suggest you join Brazzers.com. Their billing agent manstermed.com passes on your details to its affiliates and steals money off you.

No real support; toll-free for billings & cancellation, but no reply to my emails for technical support.
2/3 of downloads had NO audio. Since RK doesn't add lame music tracks or dubbed moans and groans, this was disappointing.
Agree w/long lead-in times; sometimes 1/2 of video is spent in coffee shop.
About 1/2 of "sites" are no longer updated. My favorites site (MILF Next Door) is only updated about once/month; MILFND updated about 2 weeks before my membership started, but hadn't updated when I cancelled my membership after 30 days.
Almost every time I logged on, I first had to decline an ad to join yet another pay site.

I must add my voice to that of the others. I am presently a member and have had no problem with any of the videos I downloaded. Nor do I have a problem with their quality. It is true that their lead-up to the action can be a bit lengthy at times but I prefer that to the Gonzo style so prevalent nowadays where they immediately jump into sex mode.

I've been finding lately that many site's videos crash VLC. I actually have been using windows media player recently.
Anyway, you should definitely contact the RK people about all the technical difficulties you're having. It's best for everybody involved.

Did you email their support group to see if they're having technical problems? I've been a member a couple of times and I've never encountered any of the things you describe.
