I don't know what specific credit card companies you have dealt with.
I've dealt with Discover, Mastercard, Visa.
In the past, I've had fraudulent charges to my Discover and Mastercard accounts.
All it took was a telephone call to the card company stating that the charges were fraudulent, and the credit company dis-allowed those charges. I didn't even have to send any signed letters or forms to verify that the charges were fraudulent.

Sometimes the credit card company would issue me a new account number, with a new card. But there was never any charge for this. (For fraudulent charges to my account.)

A few times I called my credit card company (Discover, or Mastercard), disputing a charge. Not exactly fraud, but stating I didn't order the service, or for some other reason I didn't want to pay the charge.

In those cases, the credit card company dis-allowed the charge. Without any argument. Without asking for any letters or paperwork from me.

In those cases, the account was not closed, with a new account number given to me. I kept the old account number.

I've never had any problems disputing charges in the past. I don't do it a lot, but the credit card companies are friendly, courteous, and easy to deal with.

The issue of credit card companies dealing with scam sites is a separate issue.

My advice to you is to tell your credit card company you paid for a service and did not receive satisfactory service. That you want a refund. There should be no problem.

Don't bring up that this is a porn site--unless they specifically ask for that information.
Don't complain about scam sites or other issues that have nothing to do with the issue of your refund.

I've never had to prove anything to credit card companies. It's not an issue of proof. I'm not a lawyer, but my impression is that, by law, the credit card company is supposed to take your word for what happened. Sometimes they will require a written letter or document you sign.

Reply of Andy77's Comment from lk2fireone:

If you paid for a trial membership to MYGF and you got no privileges for your membership, I would assume you should be able to get a refund from your credit card.
If you can neither view nor download any videos or photos, I mean.
But at least you posted a useful warning to PU members.

Personally, I try to avoid all trial memberships, because you never know in advance how limited they are. And trial memberships normally convert into high priced memberships at the end of the trial, unless you cancel them.
