Yeah this should have been a comment but thanks for letting us know about the 4K part. I did not know about that and if that is the case I am disappointed. I would much prefer an upgrade tier style if they want to charge rather than per video.

Got to agree with you! I've been their member for over 4 years now with the 10 year membership deal (great deal though). Their quality has gone drastically down and they don't even have 4K. The size of HD files too is compressed so much that they are hardly HD.
The worst part of all, literally every scene is dominated by one very irritating British male aging actor as though he has a contract with ZZ for life! May be he's even a partner in the company. IT IS SUCH A TURN OFF TO WATCH ANY SCENE WITH HIM IN IT!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ZZ FOR ANYONE!
