Hello, same problem happened to me last year. Complained in many different ways, even contacted ccbill who contacted Hegre and never received any feedback. Very poor handling of loyal customer and still the lifetime membership remains unvalid. What about you ? Did you recover your memberhsip ?

I would keep trying to have a lifetime membership renewed.
If you paid for the membership, unless there was a legal reason for the membership to expire (such as bankruptcy or change of ownership), a lifetime membership should continue until the death of the paying member, or the life of the site.
And just because the site changed its name is not sufficient cause to cancel a lifetime membership.
Maybe you could contact PU staff to explain your problem, and they might be able to help.
I know in the past that the PU staff has helped solve PU member problems with sites, whether the PU member joined a site through a PU link or not.
If you're not sure "how to contact the PU staff, start a thread and explain your problem, and ask for help from the PU staff.
Label the thread: "Hegre lifetime membership expired" the same as your comment.
PU staff has much more weight when dealing with sites than an individual member.
