The scene download options are a bit confusing initially - there are options for download quality ranging from full HD (1920x1080) down to mobile (640x360), with 1280x720 and 736x414 in between, but with descriptions like "stream high", "stream med" and "highest quality" it's not straightforward, for example, the "stream high" option is just 1920x1080 at a lower quality (bitrate is 6Mbps) than the "highest quality" which is also 1920x1080 at a much higher bitrate of 12Mbps, so it's down to whether you're interested in the best download quality or using less disk space.
