AMATEUR ALLURE FAILURE

Having bought a membership to this site they then denied me access until I entered some code they said sent to me - but not received. Several times I asked for the code to be re-sent (I don't know any other site that requires this by the way) but nothing until several hours later an email arrived with a code. This duly let me in, but then denied me permission to download after one small download. I then find their hyperlink to the support area does not work, but eventually found it the hard way. Several hours later still no response to any of my concerns.

Seems to me this is a huge scam and everyone should avoid this site UNTIL they put this right - if ever.

I'm not challenging what you are describing, but I've joined Amateur Allure many times over the past few years and have never had a problem joining or cancelling. They did a complete site redesign recently and maybe they added this new code thing in. I rejoined a few weeks ago (after the site redesign) and I didn't experience anything different. Just now, based on your comments, I went on the site and downloaded 10 videos to see if I had the same problem as you. Normally all I do is go on and download the latest update every Friday. I had no problem with ten downloads back-to-back. They do have a download limit but it is fairly high and not something that should trigger after one video. Most times the site is pretty good at responding to emails. Would you let us all know how this turns out please?

I have just been informed by them that they have cancelled my membership and refunded my credit card. Clearly, whatever the problem, they have taken a serious dislike to me. But that's fine by me - certainly would not want to be where I am not liked; and I found from my short experience of the site that it had a very strict and repetitive format that was not very good or worth the money. I'll now keep an eye out for the refund to hit my credit card.

Divinx (0) I think they try to avoid several people login with the same id/pass, so they send a code just to the email address that joined the site.

And this probably happens when they notice an IP change. Problem is if you have a dynamic IP (my own case), your IP is bound to change. And if the code takes hours to arrive, and by the time it arrives perhaps the IP has changed again... well, you are doomed.

Waxfan (0) They also have ripped me off of $38.00. And also have given me the same problem as you. I have reported them and Rocket Pay to the FCC.
