I've never joined NA before. I like the models they employ, but found their content boring. However VR is quite different. Things that can seem boring in a regular video can be very interesting in VR when you feel present in what is occurring.
NA does a pretty good job. Their videos are 3400x1700 resolution and look a bit clearer to me than other American studios such as WankzVR. Europe is still ahead in terms of technical video quality though. (I use an Oculus Rift) Currently there are over 192 VR videos and they release 2x a week.
If you like American porn stars of a variety of ages and don't mind fake breasts this is a tough site to beat. If you'd prefer all younger models with natural breasts than you might be happier with WankzVR.
I think the scenes are pretty well shot, they look good, and each has nice cover art. I wish they'd embed the cover image into the MP4s so it made browsing files easier. Files tend to be ~10Gig at their best quality and are usually pretty long ~50 mins. Unfortunately they've not yet begun to use HEVC which would cut the file sizes in half.
I found navigation to be fine. Skippy had mentioned videos for models did not indicate if they were VR or not, but they actually do clearly show a VR tag (Similar top how they label scenes as HD or 4K) so this may have been added since his review.
Suggestions for improvement

The video player and settings you use are pretty important. DEO VR is a pretty good player to get up and running quickly, but ultimately you'll probably want to use Whirligig. It has a steep learning curve but is really powerful. It's ability to mark and save sections of a video to jump to during playback for example is very nice.
Videos made before 2016-09-03 should be viewed using Fisheye SBS mode, radius 3, FOV 180. Newer videos should be viewed using Barrel SBS. If you don't get this right the scale can be way off and you'll get some odd warping effects.
Overall I'm very happy with NA as a VR site and recommend it. |
