Real Spankings, I believe, was the first site I joined back in the late 80's or early 90's. The quality of the videos has improved with technology but the format is much the same with the same spankers finding newer and younger spankees.
Two affiliated sites "Spanking Teen Brandie" and Spanking Teen Jessica" are simply amazing in that Brandie and Jessica are still teens 25 years later.

I highly doubt it's around any longer. It was a photo site and I don't even remember the name of it. That was back in the days of dial-up so photos were all I could reasonably collect.

My first pornsite subscription was back in 2003 and coincided with my upgrading from a dial up connection to my first 500k broadband connection and the ability to suddenly display a photo on my monitor in 3 seconds instead of the old 30 second wait for each photo.
Most of the earliest sites I joined are a long time dead, the first was a site called Nasty Virgins which was followed by other subscriptions to The Next Girl, Teensfix, and Crush Photo. I believe all those sites are long gone but their photo collections live on within my hard drives.

My first pay site was basically a photo based site as videos were still rare (I had dial-up). The name now escapes me and the site no longer exists or has had its name changed.

Giffy.com, Sexclub.com, EuropeanCenterfolds.com. dreambabes.com, hustler.com, barelylegal.com. Dozens of others. This was long before Danni's, Playboy-Plus and Twisty's. I still have images in my archive but they are way too small to enjoy now.

My first site was Evil Angel. I'd say they've gotten better, simply because they've added new content and continued to set the standard for graphic anal porn.
