I was just looking at this site a few days ago and had the same problem. If you remove the tour and the dot from the url, it loads it properly and has the discounted $19.95 price.

Edit: I just tried it and it doesn't give me enough time to make the correction before going to an error page.

Edit the edit: Finally figured out to remove all the 2%F stuff as well and it goes!
