The short version... I have a "cancel" email from VideoBox dated 1/17/17. I have not accessed this site since that date. Two weeks ago VideoBox contacted me to say that I no longer have access to that site because the credit card is no longer valid.
Isn't that a hoot. They have billed me almost $400.00 since they sent me the cancel email in 2017.
Of course they are not answering the phone or my emails. In the meantime the bank says they can only refund the last 3 months.
I point this out to everyone to learn from my mistake. Even with a cancellation email proving I'm in the right... you can not count on "the system" to work correctly or to fix things when it goes wrong.
