They aren't done as a company (not yet), but it is possible that they done on the internet side.
Main reason I say this is because I counted no less than 24 brand new DVDs they have released in the last 2 months across their three brands:

All of which could, and probably will, provide content for the website at some in the future.
My guess is they don't want the website eating into their DVD sales anymore. However, once those movies have ended their life-cycle (retail, mail order, on-demand, etc.) they will eventually end up on the site. They've probably stopped competing, but haven't completely abandoned it.
To that point, I observed diabolic.com went for almost a year without updating, then updated for a few months before stopping again in February.
