Pros: Lots of content Cons: Non-existent customer service Bottom Line: MFF is definitely my favorite site hands down, but the customer service is non-existent. Rich is selective with his social media interaction (Twitter & email) since my feedback and/or requests have been completely ignored. Aside from that, MFF has a good amount of content since it's been around for a long time. Just don't expect any response back from customer service if you'll need it.
