My guess is you're misdirecting the blame. The review you're talking about shows the site having over 7,000 videos. The site itself is only advertising 5,297 videos. The review you're talking about lists 1,308 models. The site itself lists 1,076 models. I wouldn't lean this way but it looks like the site itself is not updating its numbers or its search engine. If you click "recent updates" it shows 2 new models being added this week in the "coming up" part. If you look at the differences between the review's model numbers of 1,308 and what the site itself lists, 1,076, that's a 232 model difference or about 3-4 years of new models. A lot of those old sites are running on broken code and the search engines are becoming useless on them.
I found this, look at this link, it shows the correct model numbers and videos numbers and shows the site looks like it's running on two different versions of software.
