The ongoing problem for females watching gay male porn: Most of these guys fit the “gay” category. To put that bluntly, the guys are not that masculine. I will even pay a compliment that’s not a compliment to me – pretty.
This is one I didn’t look into enough before joining, lots of uncircumcised guys and I believe that’s more common with European sites, which this site is. It’s just not my “thing”.
I have seen mentions of a daily download limit of 20GB, but I don’t download that much so I can’t verify it. |

I have said it before, being a female, trying to find porn of solo men is becoming more and more difficult. Add to it that the male needs to at least be masculine and it’s just not very common. This site adds the uncircumcised guys and I’m mentioning that since I know some people love that. It is just making it more difficult for me to find porn that I genuinely enjoy.
The good news is Bel Ami Online has over 1,000 solo scenes. I will even add some perspective to this, when I was 18-22, I probably would have loved every guy on this site. As it is, being around 40 now, a lot of these guys are just way too young and innocent looking. I have the same problem with looking at young females in porn. My favorite site years ago was Nubiles, but it is no longer a favorite site just because I don’t feel right looking at the very young women on it. I am sure there is some production and planning magic at work. It’s like the young females with bobby socks on. They’re playing to the youth of these guys. I do have a problem with that with both genders. I just don’t like it.
I have no idea what they are going for with the download resolutions. The scenes I have downloaded are 816p and 544p, I’m not the most technically strong person, but why the odd resolutions? It’s not a big deal until I see the numbers. They do have a good update schedule. It’s close to 1 new update per day. They have a large back catalog of scenes with over 3,000 videos. The photos are not near as good as they should be. This site is reminiscent of glamour female sites. There should be more focus on the pictures. They can’t say much since they do have zip downloads and recognize the importance of pictures. The ones I downloaded are 1137x774. When was that ever standard or even 1200?
The navigation works good enough, that just means I click the tag for “solos”. One part that continues my belief that they know how important photos are is that some of the videos are photography sessions. Just throw the video out on those. I pay to watch porn not to watch someone take photos. Even with the solos tag, you still get “couples” mixed in! The number problem on the resolution combined with solo and couples’ tags showing up on the same scene, makes me think they can’t count. There’s one or two. Solo. Couple. It can’t be both. I will admit that the site is probably really good for gay men. The guys are mostly slender or muscular-lean. I do believe the landscape of gay porn and rising popularity of it is making the gay solo scenes that much more difficult for straight women to like. There is some butt play and showing their buttholes off.
Overall, for a gay man, this is probably a top 3 site. The models are pretty for guys. They’re in shape. Nice bodies if you’re into that. I prefer the masculine, some body hair, a little beefier build. These guys make me think they’ll steal my vanity mirror so they can fix their hair. They do need improvement in the photo resolution and figure out what’s going on with the video resolution. The videos look fine. It’s why I said the resolution listing is throwing me off. I would compare this directly to a gay male version of Nubiles.net There’s just not much excitement or as others have said heat in the scenes. It’s stoic and kind of dull for a middle-aged woman to watch. I won’t let my biases play much of a role in the score. I am going 80 on it just because they could have a lot better pictures and I don’t like the photography session videos. The other is I just don’t feel any passion in the scenes. I have watched the solo and a few of the “couples”. It’s going through the motions porn. Definitely good enough to recommend for those that are more into just what they see. That’s probably the high point of the site, especially for gay men. |
