A bit of a follow up to my review

I don't like this at all. I'm trying to cancel my membership with Brazzer's and it doesn't seem to be easy. Following the links on the site and I come to a page with what appear to be hyperlinks, but they're all jumbled together. (Not underlined and not clickable) Opened the confirmation email to maybe get a different link to Epoch, which I did get, but upon filling in the information to search for my account, I get a 403 error message. SO... I open Internet Explorer (I prefer Firefox), use the same link and did get to the cancellation page where I get the chance to stay on at a discount. But here are the two options I get:

Yes! please continue my membership at the special recurring rate for as long as I remain a member

No thanks, please cancel my subscription immediately, cancel my membership and remove my access to the site.

No option to continue the rest of my month subscription? Nope - I don't like this a bit. If I could, I would substantially lower the score I gave here, as I would any site that makes you jump through hoops to cancel.

Sitting here laughing. Suddenly I can't read - I thought I could only edit reviews hours, not days, after posting one. Thanks for the heads up.

roseman (Suspended) LOL dude.
Okay, well first of all Brazzers has nothing to do with your Internet Explorer (or any other browser problems).
According to your two '' difficult '' membership options :

a) If you choose it you will stay a member.

b) If you choose it you will lose you adult website access after the period of 30 days (from the day that you became member).

These are EPOCH options, so please don't blame a network as Brazzers for things like that, I have been a member for a LOT and NEVER had a problem :-)

Brazzers (Suspended) Hi Ragging Buddhist,

I am in charge of the back end of Brazzers Network, which includes billing and members areas. I would like to address you concerns and clarify a few points you brought up.

1. It is fairly easy to cancel your membership with us, if you have any questions, we're easy to reach through support(at)brazzers(dot)com or you can visit our customer service page, www.brazzerssupport.com.

2. 403 error messages are on Epoch pages, not ours. Epoch is one of a few billers we use, if their pages are redirecting, it's a problem on their end, not ours.

3. "No thanks, please cancel my subscription immediately, cancel my membership and remove my access to the site. " For that comment, this is just bad wording used on our end. Even if you cancel, you do have access until your membership is set to expire, which is 30 days including the day of purchase depending on which join option you have chosen. We will have to change this in the near future.

4. We do not make anybody jump through hoops to cancel, we have a very dedicated customer support system in place that answers our members questions in a timely manner. We aim to please our members as much as possible.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,
Tony Bastone
VP Brazzers Entertainment

RagingBuddhist (Disabled) REPLY TO #5 - Brazzers :

I'll thank you. Mr. Bastone for the reply here. It's always nice to see someone take a personal interest in their work.

When I click on the Help link at the bottom of the homepage, the first link shown is for cancelling one's membership. When I open that link, I go to a page that:

1. Tells me to "Scroll to the the bottom of any page on our site and you'll find links to our four billing processors: Epoch, CCBill, WTS and Local Billing." The 4 options I get are Paycom, CCBill, WTS Bank and Local Billing. No Epoch.

2. Has 4 links that evidently aren't properly written in HTML because they aren't clickable and are all run together. It took me a while to figure it out, and my comment was already past the time I could edit it, but I could've manually copied and pasted the links. This, to me, is a step that shouldn't be necessary at all.

None of the other sites I've joined have been a problem when using Firefox as my browser. If I see something to the effect of a site being "optimized for Internet Explorer, I know it's possible that an alternate browser might present problems. As far as my problems with Epoch go, I can't separate them from you. Brazzer's chose them as one of their billing sites and, as such, are a part of your marketing.

Although it might not have been anyone's intention, having to figure out how to get to the proper page to cancel my membership and having no idea that the cancellation wording is just poorly written is enough for me to call it jumping through hoops. If my concerns with your network have raised some flags at Brazzer's, that's a good thing. If there are issues that need attention, I'm sure something will now be done to eliminate further problems for your users.

I am not a mind reader. Choosing B clearly states that I would have my access removed if that was my option.
And, if Brazzer's chose Epoch as part of their marketing, they are inseparable.

Please see my reply to Mr Bastone's reply

Brazzers (Suspended) REPLY TO #6 - RagingBuddhist :

Hi Ragging Buddhist,

let me answer your points.

1. Paycom is Epoch, they just started solely branding the name Epoch now, we have to make the changes on our end for that.

2. I use Firefox myself all the time, I see the links and they are clickable for me. Also, our programmers mostly work on Firefox as well, so that browser usually rarely has coding problems for us. If things aren't being displayed correctly for you, please take a screenshot of what you are seeing and email it to me, bastone (at) brazzers (dot) com.

Finally, your feedback is very much appreciated. We always take the time to read comments, both negative and positive, and we do so as well in our members areas where our members are free to post comments on every scene and are interacting with each other more and more.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks,
Tony Bastone

sophia77 (0) Honestly, I have had a TERRIBLE, AWFUL, NO GOOD time with brazzers with exactly this issue.
Here is what happened with me so perhaps someone else can avoid what happened to me.

To begin with, I'm not a regular online porn buyer so perhaps I am not fully aware of how to navigate online porn venders... in other words, how not to be ripped off. I do work at a very popular, high volume sex shop so I do know some about the buying and selling of porn, however. In any case, my boyfriend was out of town and I was bored. I decided to try a "trial membership" at brazzers. After watching the three videos that were available to trial members I decided to cancel my membership a few horus after I had originally purchased my membership. Niether my password nor my username worked to cancel. Fed up, I tried to call their number. No good, I am told that I can't make the phone on my cell, only on a land line. I dont' have a land line... Okay, so I sent brazzers support an email asking them to please cancel my membership. Instead of cancelling my membership, I get an email back directing me to another website (different than the one I had originally tried to use) to cancel my membership. At this point, two days had passed and I was charged for a month membership. I CANCELED my membership right away and then asked that I be refunded because the only reason I didn't cancel before was because I couldnt' get ahold of them, THE WEBSITE DIDN'T LET ME CANCEL IN THE FIRST PLACE, and it took them three days to get ahold of them.

OKAY, so now I am charged $40 for something I never even viewed. I spent no time on the actual site... I wrote them stating my grievance... no reply. I wrote them again after no one replied to me asking again for a refund and describing my issue. In this email they asked me what my username and password were even though this information was clearly in the message below my second letter asking for someone to respond to me. I've written them again, hopefully they'll write me this time?

I've had a terrible, terrible time with these people. I honestly just want someone to talk to me about the issue and hear waht has happened because it is ridiculous. I get really upset just thinking about it... but maybe that is just the fighting redhead in me. ARGHGHGHAGHG! Being as I work at a large sex shop in a major city, at least I know that I am in a position to warn people about brazzers! If brazzers doesn't get back to me, I'm going to ask management if I can post a sign about my issue with brazzers! You know, I think I'm going to post my own isse on this website about it, too.

Also, the dude blaming the issue on epoch is whack and shizisty from where I stand.
