very bad experience

this site is a real suck they blocked my acess after two days without explanation.The technical support and support team are non-existent( 10 messages unacknowledged)and more No refund by CCBIL!

asmith12 (0) If you paid with a credit card, I would suggest to go to CCBill first and explain situation in detail. If CCBill doesn't help, go to your bank with explanation along the following lines: "this was a payment for subscription service which I paid for a month and access was terminated after 2 days. All my numerous attempts to contact merchant didn't succeed"; as the service wasn't really provided, they should be able to revert original credit card transaction.

Usually they're quite cooperative in cases like this (when it is not content being disputed, but site doesn't provide access). Personally I'd give CCBill another try, making it crystally clear what is the problem.

nikkijackson (Suspended) I don't see any record of this happening. I received no email from you, and no one who works for me did either. If you had a problem I would've emailed you back immediately, or within 24 hours at the latest. CCBILL is very quick to respond and is always very helpful. In fact if a person complains a lot they will contact the site owner.
