Your comment reminded me of a great number of web-sites that seem to have no support at all. My membership in the Drilled Mouths network was so frustrating. A good network that lasted two days, stopped allowing me to enter with my password and gave no help in re-connecting to the network. Fotunately the 3rd party biller epoch.com was good about refunding my money, but I still don't understand sites and networks that refuse to spend a very small amount of money to provide good support for members who only want good service.
