Now honest???

With all due respect for the marketing-department of TBP, just this question from a user:

Is it great that a site no longer try to charge the consumer of something he/she did not order?

Maybe its big news for these people at Incredible Dollars: We can now offer you a membership without luring you into something else or try to rip you off otherwise.

I can now join and not have to: "worry about getting charged for anything that you did not want or expect". (quote Vegas Ken at Marketing TBP)

Well, folks, I do NOT consider this as "an offer" but a matter of guilty plea/confession....

Happy Easter to all
Denner

RagingBuddhist (Disabled) I don't think you were supposed to notice that, Denner.

I'm laughing my damn ass off on this one. It's nice when people see through the bullshit. Good catch!

Khan (Suspended) Sorry I didn't catch this when it was submitted. By all rights, it SHOULD have been a REPLY to Ken's COMMENT rather than a stand-alone Comment.

The remark Denner is referring to is HERE

Vegas Ken (0) Denver,

I guess that I did not communicate everything exactly as I intended. :) I re-read my comment and see your point. I agree with you on sites taking advantage of consumers.

The point I was trying to make was that we heard your comments and went to Incredible Dollars to seek a solution. We were able to get scam free links to their sites. From the user perspective I agree that this is how it should be from the get to. However in the online adult business world, unfortunately this is often not the case.

We here at PU and TBP do listen to your feedback and do everything we can to look out for your best interest. I was excited that we were able to get clean links. This is the first time I have heard a company doing such a thing. I was not trying to present this as an "offer". I think that my excitement cam thru the wrong way in my previous post. For that I appologize.

Vegas Ken

williamj (0) I'm at lost that someone from PU (Senior Staff) would endorse and worse yet seem happy that Incredible Dollars will no longer rip PU customers off , but everyone else is fair game. I seriously lost all respect for Pornusers management and especially Vegas Ken. Its almost as if their complacent with the owners of Incredible Dollars. I think the whole situation stinks.

By all rights and good business I think Vegas Ken should explain himself to PU Members not as a replay but as a separtate posting to clarify his remarks.

No problem, Vegas Ken - I'm Denner, not Denver. (but no matter).

I know you guys at TBP look out for our (PU's) best interests - and, yes, I see your point about letting us know when things get better - according to our inputs and comments.
Still the circumstances about this special pass/company is rather special. The company deserves all the warnings that PU's have placed here at PU/TBP. See some of the bad ways PUs have experienced money-wise with Incredible Pass.

And normally TBP is very good to follow that kind of warnings, thanks!

AND: TBP/PU is still a great place to get info - both thanks to you guys and the users here at PU. A debate like this may even make things better in the future.

Hey williamj...

Please see my answer to Vegas Ken - AND also his answer.
I still believe in this PU and TBP. Even if I had the same worries you have...
Our friends at TBP is doing a hell of a job here - not only for our blue eyes, of course. But still: the coordination of fellow PUs and the TBP putting up this PU-thing is maybe the best way for us pornsite consumers to get good tips and good warnings. And this kind of slip, I have not seen before. I regard it as a mistake.
Let's all move on from here....and enjoy fine tips and good warnings from both TBP and fellow users at PU.
Swell reply, thanks, williamj

"We were able to get scam free links to their sites. From the user perspective t this comment should be scary for all PU members? Other comments. 'We (meaning Mangement at PU) are glad to get clean links." My question is: what about all the other people getting unwanted CC Charges? Are they fair game?

Your words Vegas Ken.

Just the words 'scam free' is troubling not even commenting on the other responses? Is this how PU mangement really thinks?

We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and would like everyone to be happy and apologize to anyone that may have had any difficulty whatsoever!
