Some sites, like the amateur pornstar sites tend to send out ok newsletters which are a bit more personal too.
The bigger websites and networks send alot of spam.

Nope, because I use a separate email account for porn sites than my regular one. It's one that I don't check so wouldn't pickup the newsletters anyway.
