Sorry to hear about that man. It is a good site. I've never had any problems with the DDF sites so I can't vouch for how good the customer service is or is not (although "not" sounds more like it).
The "brute force" message that comes up suggest that your ip address may be blocked mistakenly or otherwise. Have you tried logging on from another server address?
My only other advice is to keep trying the DDF email. If that doesn't work, you may have to take the slightly embarassing step of contacting your credit card company to contest the charges but, $30 is $30.

Thanks Wittyguy, I'm sure its just a mistake. The DDF sites do look very good. I will give it a few days, see what happens. I've sent a message to Bela the webmaster via PU, but got no reply yet!
I don't want to do a charge back cause then other sites may reject my credit card number in the future.

Your welcome. In case you don't hear back from DDF in the next week or so, I should point out there is a forum thread ("Best / Worst Customer Service") that you could post in. Sometimes webmasters browse through here and that might ring a bell for someone at DDF.
