I am very glad to hear they went back to the old system. I hate the European billing option and I am in North America. I just think its a bad trend.
Did they let you reup at $24.95?

It's still 3 weeks before my old subscription is going to run out but I do see the old prices in dollars again when I hit the join-button on the main page. Before I saw prices in Euros without the lower price for the recurring billing.
I wanted to have an answer as soon as possible because I like this site a lot and since they changed their update schedule to 3 or 4 full scene picture updates per week ALS Scan got even better.

It has come to our attention that some of you are seeing higher pricing to join ALS Scan if you live outside the USA. We added CCBill as an additional billing option for our customers and they provide global currency billing based on your region. For some of you this has resulted in higher pricing when converted to the US Dollar. Dear Sarah,
thanks for this feedback. I also received a mail from your colleague Anna today. Seems as if my first mail didn't make it to you/her. Which I believe to be the truth because it never took longer than the usual delay between the US and Germany to receive a reply no matter what person of ALS Scan I wanted to get in contact with.
For some strange reason I now see the old processor when I follow the normal link http://www.alsscan.com/join-noref.html
In any case my problem seems to be solved and as soon as my subscription will have run out I'll join ALS Scan again immediately. I'm a happy customer again and that's the best news for me today.
