The one con that I see in this deal is inconsistency of updates. If you want to be a member for more than a month the unconsistent updates are a problem. I was only a member for a month and I kept busy downloading during the whole month. I guess these sites just release their own produced stuff when it's ready, their main market is probably the retail DVD rental/sale market, they have certain times when more stuff is released.
