I put "sometimes" but "usually" is more accurate. Don't want to be redundant when a poll question has already been up fairly recently.
On the other hand, I don't see a problem with certain questions being asked again after enough time has passed. Active members change over time somewhat, for one thing. And results can become "dated." But when that is I'm not so sure. Would six months be enough time? Nine? Twelve?
Is this looking like another poll question? ;)

I like to make sure that the polls I submit haven't been used before, I will shift past many pages, and if i don't see the poll, I'll post the one I made. Anyway if it was already been created once it's been so long it's fun to see what the polls will say now.

Absolutely. I also don't think that I've answered the same poll question twice, either. I think that question submitters are checking, too, or that Khan and the rest of the staff are double-checking.

I haven't submitted many poll questions, but I always run through the previous polls to make sure there isn't an obvious duplicate. I have noticed a few polls have come up that seem rather similar to past polls, but as has been said, if enough time has passed, it can be valid to ask again.

Yes, I always have done a keyword search for familiar words to see that the question was not asked.
