Hey Deke, I can understand your frustration with the site if the promises on the tour were untrue - I was just wondering if you contacted the webmaster for the site or told the billing company, and if so, did you get any reply?

no i did not. I didn't know it was possible. i would do that if i thought it would do any good. My tastes are very specific and i like to get a good return on my investment. Have you ever heard of a webmaster doing anything to fix something like this.

99% of the time it doesn't make a difference, but I have had a full refund from a site I was extremely unhappy with, although it was a couple of years ago. Quite a few sites I have experienced a technical problem have given me an extra few days free to make up for it - but the majority don't even reply, I like to email the support desk before I join a site to see if they reply to me
