Pros: Photos: Low Res: 900x1400 or 1600x1000, High Res: (newer) range from 2900x1900, 2000x3000 to 3500x2300, 2200x3300 (approximate figures) Videos: DIVX (320x240) or WMP (640x480, newer ones at 720x540), typically 12 to 30 minutes in length High production values Not glam but often near-glam which is better as it's closer to reality Easy site navigation Links to additional products and sister sites No spam or pop-ups Cons: The video archive could be larger and the videos of specific models could be accessible from the model's page. Bottom Line: I have to agree with Pink Panther. ALSScan is one of the top sites. The people at ALS have set some very high standards. Rule #1: The women must be lovely. Rule#2: The women must enjoy themselves. Both rules are strictly enforced. :) Over 170 lovely young women have graced their site, very few of which could possibly be considered as "girl-next-door" types, and new models are still being added. The photos and videos are of high quality. You won't see pubes, silicone breast implants, or a penis (and I challenge you to find a stretch mark). You will see women enjoying themselves, and each other, toys, a few other objects, fisting, fingers, tongues, smiles, a little peeing, and orgasms in a variety of indoor and outdoor scenes. Photoshoot and behind-the-scenes videos are also offered which afford you the opportunity to get a sense of the personalities, although personalities do come through in the masturbation and girl-on-girl videos. And, that's part of what makes the ALS staff, products, and the ALSScan website so enjoyable. They celebrate the women, sex, fun, and joy, and present it all in original content. The site has a model listing with photo sets. They presently keep two months of videos on the site. They offer daily updates which are usually photo and video but may be only one or the other on weekends. The videos only stay on the site for one month (not two), which is a downer. I know that the page http://www.alsscan.com/mpegvideos.html, which you get to by clicking on the Videos link of the main page, only shows one month retention but I'm presently looking at the members video page and it has videos from Feb. 1st. to Mar. 29th.. I've sent an email to the webmaster and urged them to consider not returning to the one month archive system as it provides an unfavorable comparison point with other websites. I was a member for many months and I do not remember having 2 months of videos on hand at any one given time, but that was last year. Maybe it is different now. The only reason I gave up my membership is because most of the videos were single girl scenes, and I prefer girl/girl action. I'm thinking the archiving has been driven by customer retention (i.e., revenue) concerns. I, too, prefer girl-on-girl(-on-girl-on-..., etc.). So, their seemingly annual forays to conventions or the Caribbean come closer to my tastes (I just noticed I could have substituted an "e" for the "a"... :) ). But, I've noticed that the natural, casual, often interactive style of the ALS solo videos are often as, or more, entertaining than the g-on-g of higher-rated sites, which seem formulaic by comparison. We'll keep our fingers crossed for the g-on-g percentage to rise. 03-29-07  06:52pm Reply To Message 5 PinkPanther (0) REPLY TO #4 - Robare : So that un-met expectations aren't created, ALS Scans promises to keep the videos up for 1 month. It is often the case that they get left up for quite a bit longer - 2 months is about the maximum. But then 1 day you will log in and all the vids older than 4 weeks are gone - until they're brought back at some point in the Director's Favorites area or as part of a bonus or as a re-mastered vid.
