they update the site with 2 video shoots per week. Each video shoot is approx 5 to 8 minutes long and it's in full hd, so the file size is pretty heavy. From what I understand - and that's answering your second question - as it is in HD, having to download 30 to 60 minutes of full HD video (that's the average length of each vid) wouldn't be so easy.
About the format, it's not in Diva (I don't think diva exists). 18closeup videos are .AVI and are encoded with a WMV Codec or divx codec. You can play them in Windows Media Player.

I asked an editor about this one and here's what they replied ...

AVI and DivX are closely aligned and most videos that have .avi endings are indeed coded with DivX
Our notations indicate "shoots"...we've changed it to "videos" since the count is showing all the clips. there appear to be several clips in each model's "shoot" so the average clip would be 5 min. Each model's shoot with its multiple clips may be, say, up to 15-20 minutes.
