Someone hands me $10 and it costs me next to nothing to provide service so I insult him with the nonsense "no one else complains?"
You raise a very good point, but most webmasters still don't understand customer service, let alone salesmanship. Someday they will.

What surprised me most is that I emailed him from the link on PU. He obviously knew that it was entirely possible that I could post the information and make it known to anyone what I thought of our conversation. I waited for several months before I decided that I should post what I did. I also notice that I have not received a response from the webmaster about my post.

Lazy is lazy. I doubt that whoever argued over what day of the week the spoecial was really cared about your $10. Maybe just a hack who gets paid to read the emails, but has no real interest or power to do anything.

The message came from the webmaster, Brainpat. I have kept the email. If he has a response, he can do so easily. He has been fairly active on PU, so I guess that he knows about my post. He certainly has a means to improve the image of the site. I see nice reviews, so it may be worth joining.

First, I want to thank you for your review. I'm not being sarcastic at all. A site like pornusers is meant exactly for that.
I first read your review the very same day it was posted and I hesitated if I wanted to reply or not. I decided not to.
Believe it or not, I read every review any of our site gets. What members have to say is important to me and to our network. Yours included.
I understand you didn't appreciate my answer and I'm really sorry about it. The fact is, and this is also why I had decided not to reply your original comment, I had no power to help in the first place. The following is a little technical and boring but you guys want an answer and I don't want to disrespect anyone by ignoring them.
See, we do not process credit card ourselves. We deal with third parties so we never are in control of credit card info and it's actually safer for customers to know that people dealing with their credit information are specialized and authorized to do so. It also protects us of being accused of fraud and such other shady practices. All this to say, we authorized that special price for a limited time and when its closed, it's all automated process so it's not like we can call sommeone and ask to authorize this card holder to get the special price... I cut the corner here to leave this simple but I'm sure you understand dealing with credit card processors is very complicated and technical, especially when you have these types of special. We have a tech working full time with credit card processors. Trust me, it's not an easy job.
All this to say, when I received your complaint, I had the option to answer this very complicated and unsexy answer ( which maybe I should have done), ignore your complaint ( which I never do: I respect our customers, and even our non-customers), and answer you politely I'm sorry but I can't comply to your request.
I never would have remembered I added "no one else complained". I'm sorry I added this comment, I agree it's silly and certainly not needed. Brain fart? Probably. Really I've dealt with tons of customers and I'm sure they will say I take good care of them.
With more time to think, I now know exactly what I should have added. You're willing to spend this 10$ and it's true that I would much rather take that than nothing. Since we can't do it with credit card for technical reasons mentionned above, I'll make it right for your original request. Send a check for 10$ at the adress mentionned on the join page using check option and please include your original e-mail in there so I'm sure it's really you and an e-mail address for me to write back with your month access for 10$. If you're still interested in checking out brainpass.com, I think it's a fair deal for both partiess involved, no?
Sorry for the long read everyone. Just want to add all comments are welcomed on any of our site. I don't always agree, but I always respect other's people opinion.

I appreciated that you offered me the deal by mail. However, the service since that time is completely deplorable. I mailed you a check with a copy of the paperwork that you requested. I have written to you privately several times asking you if you received my payment. What has been your response? Silence. I see the check has not yet been cashed, a month after I mailed it. I offered to replace the check. What has been the response? Silence. I see another PUer asked if the deal was available every Wednesday. Your response? Silence. I give up. I would have joined the network and written at least one review. To date I have written 71 reviews and would have been happy if I could say something nice about your sites. I also would have been happy to say what great service you have provided in answering a complaint. You have left me with nothing else to say but-DON'T JOIN THE SITE, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

You know, before saying the service is terrible, you should really check your mails. I have answered you the day we received your check. It was sent March 16th. It was sent to the MSN address you have provided.
We even had given 15 extra days to enjoy the many sites. BTW, the membership is still valid as I'm writing this too.
you need a new copy of the e-mail? you have my e-mail address and I"m available and I always answer. ALWAYS. My guess is if you look in your junk mail, you'll find my many answers, even the ones saying the check hadn't been received but confirming I would get in touch the day we received it.
Listen, this is the last thing I'll do to close this chapter on a good friendly note: reply any of my e-mails sent to you, and I'll re-assign your membership as it started today.
As for the other PU asking if the offer is available every Wednesday, I hadn't see it. I have a lot to do and I love coming to read new reviews we get but when older reviews are being replied, I don't always have time to do the follow-up. But I'm sure you understand this, and this is also why not many companies have someone here replying to different requests, questions and comments.
