Being from the states I can't say if you're stuck shelling out 20 pounds or not. I recently got a deal for $10 a month by linking through another site. Good luck hunting down a deal. I became member yesterday and there was no local pricing! :-)
I was billed exactly the same amount in my currency translated to the USD amount!
I even got half price.
