Hey,
We're re-encoding all of our old movies as we speak, it's being done - they're not online yet because we're installing new servers too but we have about 500 DVDs encoded in the new format already, on top of the last 1000 dvds we recently released.
If you think about anything we can do to make the site better, dont hesitate to comment, we welcome all the good or/and bad comments :]

REPLY TO #1 - Clement :
Well, that was my biggest complaint, which I'm happy to hear is being addressed. I know that the old DRM'd content has the security updated to allow unlimited plays, but it is annoying because you can't play the files in any other video player than WMP (i like using VLC, for example).
Other complaints or suggestions? Or concerns?
1) There is a pretty bad job with cast lists and/or labeling videos with actresses...or just wrong names
Forgetting the Girl #3 - the cast list is there, but none of the videos are labeled (e.g. scene 2 is Isabella Soprano)
First Time Swallows #3 - Desiree Storm is incorrectly listed as Desiree Costeau
I don't have a list of all the issues because I'm sure there are hundreds and I don't keep track of them, but they exist, and there is no user-friendly way of reporting problems. To tell you the truth, no DVD site (not VideoBox, not AmericanVice, not DVDBox, etc.) really makes it user friendly to submit problems with listing. You guys should take a page out of Softpedia.com - every page has a button which links to a form to send problems/updates with a particular listing, and each submission is seen as a "ticket" on the other end which goes into a queue to be addressed. I just wish a site would go out of their way to provide such a system...if you go over to VideoBox they have a commenting system and when there is a missing name or an incorrect name there are at least 5 comments saying what is wrong, but I doubt the problem is ever addressed because I don't think VideoBox monitors comments.
2) I wish a site would not just add random volumes from a series, rather be continuous. Every site I come across just add random volumes and the continuity of the series is either lacking or is just the result of running out of volumes to add. In other words, for a series of 10 volumes instead of adding volumes 1 through 10, in order, sites will either add volumes in an order like 2-9-4-3-8-10-1-5-7-6, which eventually results in the complete series, or they just add half the volumes but not necessarily 1 through 5 (maybe like 2-5-7-8-10).
For example, the 100% Blowjobs series has 35 volumes, and VideosZ.com lists only 23 volumes, but not 1 through 23, rather 1-2-3-4-5, 7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14, 16-17-18-19, 22, 25, 30-31, 33-34. The site is missing 6, 15, 20-21, 23-24, 26-27-28-29, 32, 35.
I wish sites would add all volumes from a series, not just selected ones.
3) There seems to be a problem on VideosZ with standardizing titles, something which I saw with the 100% Blowjobs series.
Volumes 19 and 33 are titled "100 Percent Blowjobs xx" (xx = number)
Volumes 16, 22, 25, 31 and 34 are titled "100% Blowjobs #xx"
The other volumes are titled "100% Blowjobs xx"
I think the "100 Percent" in 19 and 33 is a generic mistake (as it should be "100%") but there should be standardization with the volume number; either use the "#" character in all titles, or don't. VideoBox uses the "#" characters in all titles.
