I signed up for the trial and was unable to access the site. I e-mailed them and was told to call the support number. So I did. They said they'd refresh my access and to try again in an hour. I did. Still didn't work. I called back. They said no one had refreshed it, but they would do it this time, and to wait 20 minutes. So I did. Still didn't work. I called back. They changed my username and password and told me to wait an hour and try the new log-in info. I did. Still didn't work. I called back again. The guy on the other end tried my info and couldn't log-in either, verifying that it had nothing to do with my computer. They canceled my re-bill and told me I'd have to e-mail Club Red Light support to see about getting access. I e-mailed them last Friday. I still haven't heard back.
Sure, it's only five bucks, but it was also an incredible waste of time.
