I prefer sites that accept CC bill my preferred agent. If it is another billing agent I do tend to read the T&C - simply because it can be hard to cancel your subscription on some sites and I am more wary giving them my card details

Good idea because there are a lot of hackers out there or people who will use your card information!!

Be careful out there. Sometimes you have to uncheck boxes to avoid getting "Special Offers" to sites you don't want.
I agree with Turismo, CCBill is the easiest and best of the billing agencies. When I had a problem with one site that had a blind link for cancelling, I simply went to CCBill's main site and easily cancelled.

So far I have been lucky and have not been scammed. Its always a good idea to have a card with a low limit that you only use for subscriptions, that way you should recognise any transactions that you have not made, and if there is a problem it shouldm't be difficult to trace

Always, even if I subscribe for a second time.
You never know what they put into those terms. Maybe you have to model yourself at some point!
Ok, silliness aside, you still never know.

I agree 100% that if a site uses CCBill AND gets a good review on TBP, I don't worry very much about getting screwed. But I still look for those little check marks that offer unwanted "other" sites.

I read them to check on when I need to cancel a trial or something like that. If they use a good biller, like CCBill or Paycom, then I won't bother.

I usually read them through when joining new sites.
Mainly to see if there are any download limits hidden in there, but it's good to know exactly what you're signing up for beforehand.
