Loads of trouble trying to login

I just want to warn others that they might get the same problems as i have with this site. Bought a 1 month subscription the other day, but couldn't login. Mailed the support and after some hours got a response...new login details...but they didn't work. Sent new mail to support and got a response after some hours...they said the new login id's DID work, but that I was having browser problems, and sent me a link to firefox...which I am already using!
I tried to use Internet Explorer and this time I DID GET IN! Yahooo!...so far so good, next time I tried to login...no luck!
I've been a member of many different paysites and NEVER had this problem before, so please know that you might have trouble too!

AN UPDATE:
Support DID finally manage to fix my login id so that I was able to access the member area, so thanks to them.
