If you don't get a decent answer here shortly (I don't know what's causing your problem), I'd say go and post your issue in the forum as more eyes will probably pick up on it there.

Send them an email, But, whatever you do, don't insinuate that it's their fault. If you read the reviews and comments here, you'll see that any problem encountered is user error.

Never been a member of this site but I often use Firefox's DownThemAll and I occasionally get the file mismatch error at other sites. Even for large video files I rarely lose any data: it's nothing but the hassle of having to restart a paused download a couple times. Perhaps a Firefox specific forum or a generic question at the forum here might get you some answers.

REPLY TO #2 - RagingBuddhist :
Since I've have never seen this error on any other website before, while using the exact same setup on tons of them, that lead me to believe it is a error with the site.

Try telling that to them - you'll get the same speech they've given before
"This is a very popular site that's been in business for years."
"We do this, we have that"
"You must be doing something wrong"
And yeah - if you can't tell - sites like this rile me up :laughs: Seriously - check out the relpies to reviews and the comments on here and see some of the stuff they've thrown at their users.
