I've had technical issues with VB as well. One thing you can try if you are streaming videos is to clear your cookies out. I would recommend CCleaner's software for that. I think they have had other problems with streaming as well. Doesn't seem like they've had that option for that long.
As far as the emails, I've been there with VB as well. I've sent probably 6-7 over the years and never received an answer to any of them. My guess is they have gotten too big for their own good. Not enough staff to give good customer support. I still rate the site high though. My problem comes when downloading videos, I will maybe 1 out of 10 videos that I try to download, get a screen that says something happened to the server and the system is notifying a backup server, "Try again later". Good luck with getting an answer, though you never know, posting here could bring an answer since the VB webmaster (Jeepster) has been active here at times.

Thanks. I'll try clearing the cookies. I never thought of that. There's no excuse for there total lack of customer support.

I joined recently and I had the same problem, but it seemed to be only for the older videos.

It's a shame when a great site lacks good customer service, I joined VB awhile ago never really encountered any problems hopes everything works out for you.
