Undisclosed daily download limit of 5GB. Once limit exceeded, they lock your account for a minimum of 24 hours. This should be disclosed prominently so customer can decide whether this is something they wish to support. |

I will end up dropping my subscription at the end of the term because of the daily download limit non-disclosure. I feel this is as dishonest as not disclosing DRM, limited trial access, and other "gotchas." I just won't do business with dishonest websites. |
