I'm really baffled by what you said about the picture and movie quality. Maybe you only downloaded the low res pics and videos. The pictures are all 1024x768 and the videos are available at 640x480 for download. That is about the best there is on the Internet, specially for an amateur site. This is not Met Art or Hegre. We are using ordinary couples and amateur models to show how sexy regular people can be. And we are trying to show the positive side of sex. No fancy glamor make up and expensive sets or big time super porn stars taking gigantic black cocks up their asses at 90 miles an hour. Just normal human beings having sex and enjoying themselves. And we add little artistic twists here and there for added flavor.
Still we realize you just can't please everybody. That's why we have provided the feedback and voting system to see what people want. And we will do everything possible to accommodate. But as for the video quality, we'll have to disagree and insist we are among the best out there.

Yes. There is a 2 Gig daily download limit. We may remove this limit later if the bandwidth abuse stops. But every time we remove it some people join for the three day trial only and use their download managers to suck up the entire content of the site. Most people, however, hardly download more than 2 gigs a day so they don't even know the limit is there. We have over 140 Gigs of exclusive videos that cost us thousands of dollars to produce and we are not going to give it all away for just $8. That's why the limit is there.

If we lift the limit completely the overall bandwidth use (and cost) will go up and we will have to increase the membership fee to compensate for it, which is something we are trying to avoid.
If you have no intention of abusing the system there is no need for more than 2 gigs a day download. That's about 15 scenes in a day. No one needs that much porn:) At any rate, the bandwidth seems to have loosened up a bit lately so we've increased the limit to 3 Gigs a day for now.

First of all, I take issue with your indicating that someone downloading in excess of 2 gigs a day is abusing a system. When a person signs up, you do not indicate anywhere in your terms or conditions that there will be a download limit. As such, it is open.
If you had indicated that there was a 2 gig limit, I presume many would not have joined.
As an example of what your site does, suppose I go to rent a vehicle while on vacation and the contract does not limit miles. However, when I go to use the vehicle, it stops after 100 miles. Implied in the contract is unfettered use unless stated otherwise.
While I can understand the expense that your site must cost to maintain, it would be appropriate to advise all users when they sign up that you will limit their usage. Your blaming the user for using the product that he purchased is not appropriate.

It's clearly explained in the last paragraph. Thousands of people have read the terms and have joined and have come back for more for over seven years.
As for your comparison to car rentals, not that it's an accurate analogy, but still: almost all car rental companies have mileage limit on their contracts. They can't just stop the cars so they charge extra for overage mileages. We don't cut people off permanently when they download excessively. We block them for only 24 hours to allow for an overall wider bandwidth and faster download speed for all our members.
