Surprise? Rebilled despite cancellation

This reminds me that I need to write a review of the network. But first, thanks to the webmaster's reply to my comments (on the CezarCapone site) here at PU, I decided to give Nerd Pass a try. I'll get into the actual site in my review, but here I'll mention that I did decide to cancel my membership two days after joining - only because I just wanted to try it out for a month.

To cancel, you have to go through customer service (first bad sign). After two emails back and forth, customer service sent me a cancellation confirmation from the network. Well now it's four weeks later, and I was rebilled. At first I didn't know what the charge was for so I asked NetCash.com (the billing company) and they told me it's a rebill for CezarCapone.com. Apparently, despite them sending me a confirmation email that my account is cancelled, that never actually went through.

I sent the original emails to NetCash to get everything sorted out. We shall see.

(I should also note, I haven't actually even visited any of the sites the past three weeks so it was really like a free paid membership for them - I only viewed a few videos that first week).
