You've brought up some great points and the honest feedback is always appreciated. We actually do listen and we're working hard to get to the bottom of these issues.
As you know, we put in a lot of time and trained a super awesome Customer Support team to fix any dilemmas and make sure all customers get the most value, and the most up-skirt action, out of their memberships. I think it's an often overlooked aspect of reviews so we're all really glad you mentioned this.
We release a huge amount of quality content every week and I think comments regarding model attractiveness and performance are all really subjective. There are blonde babes that I'd happily dream of spending an afternoon with, and some that *I* might skip over but you might not, so I'm not really sure if that can be considered a 'con'...
You'll have to remember that our models are amateurs and for most this is the first time they've ever been naked in front of someone other than their partner, they're not wearing any makeup or glamorous clothes and they're not given any direction or script other than 'Do what your heart desires and let us film it' - this can make the first few words between girlgirl partners a little awkward I agree, but it's real and that's what we're dedicated to.
Having said that, it would be really helpful to us if you could list videos you thought was not up to scratch or an 'Intimate moments' masturbation video that didn't totally start a party in your pants, so we can see what you mean and try to fix it if it's broke...

I think if you read choc chips's review from the perspective of someone not connected with the site, you'll see that it's not all that nice. While I'm sure that the people working to keep AbbyWinters going put a lot of time and effort into it, it should be obvious by the latest reviews and comments here that you're losing people. I realize that the members of PU can't speak for a world-wide community, but, as we submit our comments independently and come from a wide range of tastes ourselves, isn't it obvious that more than a few people are coming to the same conclusions? No matter the reason, be it lack of scripting, more "first-timers" or the over-zealous defense of the site on the forum, things have changed to make it all less appealing.
I'd say playing spin doctor might be one of the big issues now. Instead of focusing on any praise given here, look at the other side of the coin. Reviewers often cite a lack of attractive models as a con on here because that's how the site struck them personally. And, when people say they don't like 20 minutes of clothed action and 2 minutes of skin at the end, they don't see it as "the tease factor". Take a hard look at these, taken from reviews and comments (none of them my own):
- "become a ho-hum triple site of natural girls being coy"
- "both photo sets and videos have become boring because the "tease factor" (according to the webmaster) is being stretched out too much"
- "VERY softcore sometimes out of 10 pages there will be only 2/4 photos of the models fanny,or maybe 2 full lip shoots-thats nearly 80 pics of rubbish"
- "[I] download[ed] this video and watched with horror as i wasted 321gb of pure nonsence"
- "It has been getting less explicit of late"
- "re-subscribed as a returning member recently and let the subscription lapse because things had become so boring"
I seriously doubt we're the only group of people to come to this same conclusion on the site's content. It's just that we're here and able to verbalize it. But, if issues like this aren't addressed (and corrected), I'd say uscue was right - AW probably has passed its peak. And, I'll say it again - it's a shame.

Here's a great response from abbywinters.com Owner Garion Hall:
There are two factors here:
(1)* What the model is comfortable doing.* Not all models are up for all posing levels (our minimum requirement is fully nude). We tell them the options, and they choose. Sometimes, when they come back for a shoot, they'll be comfy to go a little further.
(2)* What we shoot of the model when she is at her highest posing level.* We have been getting a lot of negative feedback about this in the past few months, and we're working on it. It was good, it got bad, now it's getting better. Those effects should start being felt on the site in the coming months (there's a delay from when we shoot, to when we release), where around half of every shoot has the model doing stuff at her highest posing level she feels comfortable doing (that's an estimation, not a promise!).
Of course, when we do that, people complain about all the nudity on the site - "Let's see the sexy stuff of the model getting undressed! It's about the journey, not the destination!" - sure fella. We're never going to please everyone all the time (or even most people some of the time), but we can do better than we have lately, and we're working on that.
