It just so happens that I just rejoined this site and have a review in the works but I have to reply to this comment because it's not entirely true. It might depend on what download manager you use, and there is something odd about how it works.
I use FreeDownloadManager and find that you have to manually add extra sections to get any kind of acceleration. Even that is tricky because there are times you have to keep trying to add sections just to get another going. I've managed to get it up to four sections running on some of the larger files. It's a bit of a pain and one I don't remember from my last membership here.

This is a shame, I planned to join this site sometime soon. Still probably give it a try once tho.

I wouldn't let download speed stop you. It's still a really good site - just not without issues. My review will be up soon and I'll get into it in a good bit o' detail.

Yeah ok, I would still get a good month out of it. Once I finish my 3 month stint at DDfprod, I'll be looking there.
I've seen a few sites now that try to restrict simultanious downloads in some way, like the server temp out of service, for downloading more than a couple of files at once. Even Sapphic Erotica does it now, though I found chica's place was the worst of all with a slow speed limit, DL limit and temp out of service for simultanious files.
I've still managed to get what I wanted on sites like that though, but its quite annoying and enough reason for me to not return there.

That's odd, though I think I have read about this from other members. My experience is that you get a maximum speed -- for me, it could be up to 1.5Mb/s -- with single downloads, and it halves with two simultaneous downloads, and goes to about a third of the original speed with three, etc. I have FreeDownloadManager set at a maximum of four sections per download and it worked fine.
It's important to remember that InTheCrack limits the number of connections (I think it might be twenty), so certain download managers might not work with this, and I could rarely get more than three downloads going at once with FDM, but it still worked up until that number.

I am using FreeDownloadManager too, but it doesn't seem to work with this site, which is a real shame. Instead of downloading the specified .wmv file, it downloads login.php. How did you configure it so that it worked?

It sounds like you need to log in, which is why the file is just 'login.php'. I can't remember if you need to enter username and password with the download managers but I am pretty sure you don't. It's been a few months since I was a member so e-mail the site and see if they have a solution. Hope this helps.

Thanks turboshaft. I switch from FDM to Getright and have been able to get the getright download manager working. Took some playing around though. The site seems to discourage using any download manager to work
