Joking aside, I think you almost answered your own question. If you are a member of brazzers almost anything can happen that won't be good.
I'm shocked that you got any response from their customer service at all, let alone a refund.
Anyway, at least you got your money back. so you havn't lost out.

One day I'll go through this entire forum and make a list of every negative experience people have had with this site. I just hope I have the patience and don't wind up with carpal tunnel from typing. But, in the meantime, at least I get another laugh here.

I just always feel fortunate that I've never had a problem with Brazzers or Bang Bros. Don't know how I got so lucky. Reality Kings gave me a problem though.
