You're very welcome Monahan! Thanks to everyone who reports their site experiences here at PornUsers.

Monahan, you just so right....and we need more of this.
Everytime I see that Special Notice! - and 'We have reserved our right not to do business............' - I feel more and more confident, that we're at the right place in our search....

I almost joined this site once and kept it on my "future subscribes" list. Is there any way for PU staff to give some sort of mention of the types of things that make you make this decision? Obviously not every detailed problem, but maybe something that influenced your decision that may help us out?

For now, we keep it general to be safe. This might change down the road, but the whole process is still fairly new and we need to get professional advice before we start providing more info.
In general though, I think most get the message that if we don't do business with a specific company then we aren't endorsing them.

Almost joined. I tried their $1 and it was more limited than their free tour. But now, this website will be off my radar until PU's decision. I don't know why, but I'll assume that the website is filled with shady business people. I guess I know where all of the crooked bankers are doing now.

Exactly!
It would be interesting to know what it was that generated your decision in this case, but it's not important enough to create a possible legal or other issue for PU/TBP.
What would be useful, though, is a listing of all sites that are on your suspended list. Another interesting, but not essential list would be a summary of the criteria that can result in a site joining the list.

Yeah, I like when PU marks "Not trusted" sites.

Your wording is perfect for these situations. No one can legally argue anything about your right to do business in this manner. Those of us who follow PU know that "a word to the wise is sufficient."

I'm curious. Now that the site is back up on PU, can we assume that whatever they were doing that caused you to "de-list" the site have stopped and they are now playing it straight?
I'm a bit leery about trying again, but at the special price and with PU/TBP's restored listing, I may just go ahead and try it for a month.

Correct. The join pages are cleaner and billing should be trickery-free. If you guys find anything that speaks differently, please let us know. Thanks.
